Dutch cocoa powder and Callebaut chocolate is used to create this decadent, rich chocolate cake.

White Chocolate mud cake filled with fresh and freeze dried raspberries Italian meringue buttercream

 

PEACH, THYME AND ALMOND

Vanilla cake filled with thyme infused, roast peaches and toasty slivered almonds. Filled with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream

 

SPICED HUMMINGBiRD

A cake made with ripe bananas, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and speckled with small pieces of pineapple. Filled with a candied walnut that has been blitzed into a cream cheese Italian meringue buttercream.

 

BLUE VELVET

Blueberry and coconut cake brushed with a light orange blossom syrup and filled with lemon curd and Italian meringue buttercream

 

PERSIAN LOVE CAKE

A lightly spiced cake speckled with pistachio and choc chips, then brushed with rose syrup and filled with rosewater Italian meringue buttercream.
